Previously, Suzanne served as the Senior Training Consultant for the Northern Ireland Civil Service, where she was responsible for developing, designing, and delivering strategic and policy-focused courses.
Her role in the Northern Ireland Innovation Lab involved leading the creation of Strategic Insight Labs. In this capacity, she engaged stakeholders from various sectors to deconstruct complex strategic challenges into manageable tasks.
Suzanne studied law at university and leverages her academic foundation to foster skills that drive successful outcomes for organizations, teams and individuals.
