Introduction to Stakeholder Engagement
This half day online or in person course will provide you with an overview of the key requirements for successful Stakeholder Engagement and collaboration. Being able to identify, analyse, understand and communicate effectively with your stakeholders is instrumental in executing business objectives and ensuring business success.
This course will focus on who needs to be involved and why, what your role is in the engagement and collaboration process and tips on how you can successfully engage and collaborate to maximise outputs.
By the end of the course you will have experience and knowledge of some key tools and techniques for effective stakeholder engagement and collaboration, an understanding of the processes involved that will assist you with working with stakeholders.

This course will involve some short exercises to underpin the learning during the online session.
This online course will either start at 9.30 am and finish around 12.45 pm or start at 1.00 pm and finish no later than 4.15 pm. Breaks will be provided during each delivery session.
